Government
Who makes decisions—and who inherits?
In Democracy, every citizen votes; in Round Table, only Zone Leaders vote. Dictatorship leaves decisions to the Faction Leader, while Monarchy leaves them to the Monarch. Zone titles are hereditary, and under Monarchy the faction throne is hereditary too.

How inheritance is ordered
Zone titles are hereditary; the Monarchy throne is hereditary too. The dedicated Succession reference gives the published heir-group order, claim rules, and limits of within-group ordering.
What changes when an heir becomes Monarch
A successor Monarch becomes the actual Faction Leader, so their personality affects future decisions. Succession and Traits explain the two sides of this transition.
Where to read about heirs and titles
Demo Patch 7 identifies the Faction, Zone, and Character Inspectors as places to view noble families, heirs, titles, and claims. Faction and Zone Leaders can establish or continue noble houses.
